Pointe d’Agrumes is produced from grapes from thirty-year-old Sauvignon Blanc vines grown in limestone-clay soils and vinified in stainless steel vats. On tasting, it produces notes of white flowers and citrus. It is full bodied, and enlivened by an attractive acidity which gives it great persistence, enabling it to be enjoyed with fish and seafood dishes.
